I had a very disappointing experience with this tutor. After the first lesson, which already took a long time to arrange, they completely stopped being responsive. It was difficult to get them to reply to messages, and their communication was consistently delayed. Unfortunately, they came across as unreliable and uninterested in continuing the tutoring arrangement. I would not recommend this tutor if you are looking for someone dependable and consistent.Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I’m sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. I always aim to provide the best possible service to my clients, and communication is a key part of that.
Unfortunately, both your child and I were unwell, which delayed the start of our lessons. I did make several attempts to reach out after the first session to discuss your child’s needs and confirm payment for the next lesson. This is necessary to proceed with scheduling and lesson preparation.
As a small business, timely communication and payments are crucial for ensuring smooth and effective tutoring. I regret that we weren’t able to move forward with the tutoring arrangement.
