I am a fully qualified, experienced, and enthusiastic teacher of English. I enjoy enabling students progress, build confidence and achieve their goals. I provide engaging and varied lessons and a positive, individualised approach to learning.

Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching English Language and Literature in high-achieving secondary schools since 2011 and tutoring since 2015 with proven examination success at both GCSE and A-Level. Since I began tutoring in 2015 I have worked with a wide variety of students from those who want to ensure they secure the highest grades, to those resitting, home-educating, or unable to attend mainstream school due to illness.

I am keen to promote enjoyment and excellence in English at all levels and provide a personalised learning experience tailored to the individual's needs. My focus is on giving individuals the encouragement, confidence and skills to enable them to achieve their full potential.
