Richa

Richa has been helping our son since the beginning of September, when he started year 10, as we knew he struggled with maths and science and we wanted to get some support in place for his two years of GCSE study. She was more than happy to start by alternating between maths and science week by week, with the view to having one hour of each subject next year, which was very helpful. Our son finds Richa's sessions engaging, and he always comes away feeling as though he's achieved something. We haven't had any test results from school yet, but we're confident that with Richa's support over the next two years, he will do well at both subjects - he finds it easy to engage with her, and she makes the lessons clear and easy to follow for a boy who struggles with concentration. Ms Richa and me have been doing maths gcse lessons for a while now and I can say that she is an excellent professional, she focuses on my weaknesses as a student and gives me homework to work on which allows me to improve on each topic .Shes very organised and always know what she’s doing for each lesson . She’s always there to answer all my questions via email /voice call even when we don’t have a lesson . She’s also amazing at building my confidence and making sure I’m not afraid to make mistakes . She doesn’t mind repeating herself when i don’t feel sure about what I learned.

A highly dedicated and knowledgeable teacher, passionate about both the subjects and teaching methods. She explains concepts in-depth, using analogies and diagrams to ensure understanding. She provides appropriately challenging assignments and helps students stay ahead of the curriculum. Despite the virtual setting, she keeps students engaged and interested, showing a strong commitment to their learning. We're fortunate to have her as our child's teacher.

Richa has been working with my son for several weeks now and has already had a positive impact on his confidence and learning. She has an excellent teaching style, which is pacy and encouraging - with lots of opportunities to recap on previous learning.
