I have 27 years teaching experience including as a primary teacher (8 years), secondary head of maths (9 years).

I believe in determining the current level of maths of the pupil by verbal and written questioning; followed by a suitable programme o work.

Yes, I have noticed her confidence increasing. She is motivated and welcomes the opportunity to go over things with the necessary detail.
