Rob is an excellent tutor, he is completely willing to tailor the teaching to my sons needs and was able to spot the areas that need more attention.
Rob brings fun to the lessons which really helps to make the time enjoyable as well as informative.
We are delighted with the progress Henry has made and continues to make with with Rob, seeing his confidence grow is great!

I initially contacted Robert to help my son with his 11+ preparation and my daughter with strengthening her English and Maths as she transitions into senior school. I have been impressed with how Robert structures the sessions to meet their individual requirements. His style of teaching is very calm and engaging but also challenges their abilities in a positive way. The clarity of feedback he has given has helped us to support the children's' development.

Robs tution of my son has been fantastic. He is is Y4 and has been tutored in Maths and English.

First of all, I would like to thank you Rob for your help and support for my son progress and development on his Math and English for his 11+ preparation. With Rob's helped for the last 3-4 months before the exam he made a excellent progress and wonderful result. Fingers crossed he gets the best place as he is hoping.

Rob isn't just only expert in his field but he is also very knowledgeable, committed and flexible. He doesn't push or put my son in pressure but he has a target. With his guidance and support my son getting more confident and more comfortable in the area that he wasn't so sure. It such a shame we found him only few months before the exam. I wish I found Rob 2 years ago.

I highly recommend Robert. He is an excellent tutor who adapts his style to the needs of the child. When my son was in KS2 he became increasingly bored with school, and in turn this knocked on his previous enthusiasm to learn. He is an active child and struggled to concentrate in the classroom setting in primary. He would rather climb on the bike shelter or up the drain pipes, or run back to the car to come home.
I asked Rob to tutor him to give him a boost, particularly with maths. I have to say I was surprised when my son wanted to be home in time for his tutoring, he didn't want to miss any sessions. This was a child who used to read 'optional' school work as 'not required.' He enjoyed his tutoring. Rob would set active learning activities and boosted my son's confidence in his learning. From this experience, he has been able to embrace secondary school, he gets himself up in the morning and walks to the bus and is smiling when he walks back home in the afternoon… He enjoys going to school. He is regularly praised for his enthusiasm to learn. Rob has shown him that learning can be fun.

My son was tutored by Robert for around 1.5 years, during which Robert worked diligently to prepare him for the 11+ exams.
Robert is a very friendly, kind, and understanding teacher and got my son to pass the 11+ and get into King Edward VI School, the school of the decade.
While maintaining a fun environment by gamifying complicated problems, Robert taught Artem the core skills he needed to pass the 11+ exams, and when there were issues with understanding, he would explain the work again through a different approach to ensure there were no gaps in my son’s understanding of a topic.
Now and then, Robert would introduce ClassDojo to my son, and there you could do a variety of different activities that consolidated the work that they did.
Robert is attentive and capable of adapting his approach and teaching style depending on the situation. He would always listen to our feedback if we had any, and if we did, he would implement it into his tutoring with my son.
All in all, Robert is a great, capable and reliable tutor and without him my son wouldn’t have had the chance to now study in one of the most prestigious schools in the country. Thank you Robert for your dedication and hard work!

Highly recommended! Robert is an excellent tutor. He is very organised, well prepared, engaging, inspiring, clear, and concise with a friendly and approachable manner. My daughter is very keen to study with him as he encourages her as much as possible and makes the lesson very interactive. We are very pleased with his teaching style, a very friendly and gentle approach. We would definitely recommend Robert!!!
