My son is very pleased with the way Robert teaches, and is making very good progress. Robert goes above and beyond, is patient and my son said ‘with Robert it doesn’t feel like he is tutoring for the money, he is sharing his enthusiasm and passion for the subject, which makes learning easy and enjoyable’.

Robert is a brilliant tutor, I really enjoyed my Maths and Physics lessons with him. He made the subject matter fun and interesting. Before I started with Robert there were huge gaps in my knowledge, by the time I reached my A level exams my teachers had noticed a massive improvement in my performance in these subjects. His subject knowledge is amazing and he is passionate about his subjects which is infectious. He explains things in a way that is easy to understand and ensured I understood the fundamental basics before moving on. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone taking Physics or Maths A levels. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I would highly recommend Robert. My daughter is so much more confident with what they have covered and he makes the lessons interesting and enjoyable.

Robert is very knowledgeable and committed. He was always approachable and friendly during the lessons. He was able to take me on as a student at such short notice which I very much appreciated!

Robert has been an excellent tutor at university level physics. Very engaging lessons full of enthusiasm.

Roberts approach is professional, he is very pollite, friendly and flexible around making appointments. He is extremely knowledgeable around his subjects and passes this on to his students with ease. He explains things in a patient and interesting way. I feel we've been very fortunate in finding him and I would highly recommend him to others.

I contacted Robert at very short notice before AS levels as my son was panicking over Maths revision. Robert was very accommodating in scheduling in tuition at such a busy time of year, and his calm approach and clear explanations really helped steer my son through the problem areas. He was also able to give him assistance with Physics. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as a tutor for these subjects.

mr was very helpful with my revision. His subject knowledge was excellent and he helped me through my revision for my university exams in mechanical engineering. He wad a good teacher, very reliable and good value . I would definitely recommend him and I will be contacting him again for further sessions leading up yo my next exams.

Robert provided tuition for my son during a five week revision period up to his AQA AS Level Maths and Physics exams. He made himself available at very short notice and was flexible about the days and times he was able to provide tuition. He was able to strike up an immediate rapport with my son which meant they were able to cover lots of ground in a very short period of time. When asked to provide his own feedback, my son said that Robert's strengths as a tutor are that he is able to clearly explain the material that he doesn't understand; for methods that he can't get the hang of, Robert gives him alternatives; and instead of just focusing on the answer to a specific question Robert talks him through the whole topic which puts it into context enabling him to answer similar but different questions in the actual exams. I was immediately impressed by Robert's calm, considered and patient approach and the way in which he has shared his own enthusiasm for his subjects which have all contributed to my son's improved confidence, particularly in Maths, which he has found challenging throughout his AS Level year. We are both delighted that Robert will be continuing to provide tuition throughout his A2 year.

Robert really helped me to pass the QTS Numeracy standards test, specifically the mental arithmetic section. He was very patient, especially good at explaining things in a clear easy to understand manner and has lots of very useful techniques to help with speed and understanding.

I would definitely recommend Robert to anyone who is struggling with their Maths.

Robert is highly intelligent, knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to converse with, but my circumstances are such that I cannot undertake regular tuition sessions at present. We have agreed that I can contact him from time to time with specific questions and problems on a pay-as-you-go basis.
