Languages are my passion! Since I was a young girl and first started learning French at school i aspired to be able to converse in languages. As a result, I went on to study French and German at degree level, followed swiftly by my PGCE at the institute of London. I studied and have taught KS3 Spanish in my most recent post as head of MFL and heritage languages. I am available currently only at weekends. I'm happy to tutor at weekends from home online or face to face.

Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching French, German and Spanish for 13 years. I am head of MFL where I've been in this position for over 7 years so have a lot of expertise to help school age students progress.
I have experience teaching adults as did so on a weekly basis over a year in the past and I have taught abroad in France, Canada and Quebec.
I have tutored key stage 1 and 2 English too so would be happy to support your child with this also.

Tutoring Approach

I like to provide support and confidence to all learners and ensure that the resources and content are benefical to every learner, whether adult or school pupil. I am friendly, honest and approachable and this is reflected in my teaching style.
