Hello! I’m a 33-year-old PhD student specialising in psychology at Queen Mary’s University of London. Originally from Yorkshire, I’m passionate about teaching and enjoy supporting students at all levels. With a strong background positive psychology, I aim to empower students not only academically but also by building confidence and resilience.

Alongside psychology content, I provide comprehensive academic support, including writing skills, research strategies, and presentation techniques. Outside of my studies, I enjoy reading, swimming, and exploring London on foot. Looking forward to helping you reach your goals!

Tutoring Experience

As a PhD researcher at Queen Mary University of London, I develop educational interventions for children and young people, creating accessible, evidence-based programs that equip them with practical skills. Alongside my research, I serve as a teaching assistant and demonstrator, supporting both undergraduate and master's level psychology courses.
