Rosie was an absolutely fabulous tutor throughout my daughter’s GCSE Maths course.
She was patient & taught Maths in a manner that was easy to understand & learn. She was very thorough covering all the topics required for her exam.
She passed her exams with flying colours!

My partner was looking to refresh their maths skills as they struggled in school due to disability, and Rosie has been nothing short of incredible from day one. She has really taken on board the balance between maths for fun and maths for self improvement that my partner was trying to achieve, and has been great with the various issues that may arise due to autism and other disabilities. I would highly recommend Rosie for any adults looking to learn maths.

Rosie has helped my daughter to improve her predicted grade for Maths GCSE over the last 6 months. She's always been bottom set for maths and she's now predicted an 8 and touching a 9 at times. Rosie is patient, a clear communicator and my daughter is very comfortable just chatting openly with her about what she does and doesn't understand. Rosie is also giving her a bit of a pep talk about GCSE's in general as the stress kicks in. I would recommend Rosie without any hesitation.

We have been very pleased with how Rosie ran the Maths lessons for our teenage son. She was very good at explaining when he didn’t understand a subject and also gave him very useful guidance on how to approach his exam. Our son liked the way Rosie ran the sessions and how she explained things. There were previous papers to do between lessons which helped to gauge where extra support was needed.

Rosie was quick to respond to my request for a tutor. She is knowledgeable, friendly and organised. I have no hesitation in recommending her to others.

My son has been having maths tuition from Rosie for the last few months. He looks forward to every session and obviously enjoys the lessons and has improved rapidly. Rosie is a very effective tutor, explains things really well and is enthusiastic and passionate about the subject. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

We asked for Rosie's help in the build up to Sam's GCSE maths exam this year. Rosie has made a huge difference to Sam's confidence since she stated helping him in April this year. We even received a message from Sam's maths teacher stating that she had noticed a huge difference in Sam's ability and approach to maths in the lessons.

Rosie is always punctual, very pleasant and professional. She has had a very positive influence on our daughter leading up to her maths GCSE.
Even though we have not had her results yet, our daughter feels that she could not have coped with the higher paper without her help.

Rosie has been an enormous help in preparing for Maths GCSE. Her manner is professional and friendly and the girls respond well to her. They enjoy their time with Rosie and have gained confidence in their understanding of maths. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Rosie as a maths Tutor.

My son was struggling with Maths and in turn his confidence around this subject was extremely low. Rosie has been a breath of fresh air and her fun approach to learning has transformed my sons confidence and attitude to this subject (I didn't think I would hear my son laughing during a Maths lesson!!). She is always punctual, accommodating when we need to change times etc. but more importantly she genuinely cares. We are extremely pleased that we found Rosie and I cannot recommend her enough.

Couple a months ago we were looking for a Maths tutor and luckily we found Rosie on First Tutor.She is an a amazing tutor, she helped my daughter a lot in Maths and we feel very comfortable with her.We recommende Rosie to anyone who is looking for a Maths tutor!

Rosie is a great teacher and was amazing especially as we lost our other maths tutor 3 months before our son took his GCSE's and was in the process of being tested for discalculi which turned out to be positive. She hit the ground running, was puncuntual, reliable.

We found Rosie very easy to get on with and she bonded well with our son. They had fun in the sessions which was so important. Won't have any problems recommending her to anyone and would definately use her again.

Rosie has helped with maths enormously for our Grandson, he said when he doesn't 'get it' she understands what the problem is so she help him sort it out to get the answer. He now isn't afraid of maths, when he's finished his lesson he says he really enjoyed it! Result!

Thank you Rosie for GCSE maths tuition for Vida. You were very punctual and flexible with dates and times to suit her needs. Vida felt that you were easy to get on with and that you explained things well. She feels more confident and better prepared for her forthcoming exam.

Rosie is a brilliant tutor! She always comes very prepared and has a firm grasp of the subject. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs help with math. (She also teaches piano!) Dispute a small language barrier and my ADHD, Rosie managed to make a massive amount of information stick in the little time we had. She's very versatile, and able to change her tune as needed to make complicated operations seem easy.

Rosie is young and relatable with great people skills. She's easy to talk to and we always had a laugh. I look forward to every lesson. Don't hesitate to contact Rosie, you won't be disappointed! :)

Rosie is a wonderful maths tutor. Kind and caring, but makes sure you get the work needed done! I had Rosie as a tutor to lead up to my GCSE maths exam and it truly helped having her tutor me. She's also very patient and uses effective methods to teach which are incredibly helpful as I was struggling a lot.
