I am an experienced MFL Teacher (French and Spanish). In addition to this, I have academic qualifications in English Language and English Literature. I take a fresh, modern approach to language learning and always use authentic, relevant materials in my teaching to fit the needs of each individual student. I am also an examiner for a leading UK exam board, for the speaking and writing components for GCSE and A Level French.

Tutoring Experience

I am an experienced MFL Teacher (French and Spanish), previous Head of Department and I now offer private tuition alongside my main role. I also have additional experience of teaching GCSE English Language and English Literature.

Tutoring Approach

I tailor my tutoring and resources to the individual and develop a progression plan with each student to work to their desired goals. I am also able to provide a weekly overview with parents/guardians and liaise with students’ regular class teachers.
