As a Maths teacher, creating a sense of excitement about Maths and dispelling the idea that it is difficult is something that I am passionate about. When I teach Maths I try to make sure that every student meets or exceeds the learning objective and I follow different teaching strategies for every lesson and various types of assessment for learning with appropriately differentiated independent work in order to challenge every student.
