I'm a 1st year medical student who has enjoyed science and maths in the last few years, and knows the content well as I have recently sat A-Levels. I am confident with teaching Biology, Chemistry, Maths as well as being able to help with UCAT and medicine interviews. I'm based in London and Birmingham, and am very flexible with my hours and can conduct sessions either remotely or in person.

Tutoring Experience

During my time at 6th form, I've been paired up with younger students and have supported both GCSE students and my peers to improve their grades. Running a regular revision session with these students has allowed me to be able to target revision that they specifically need, and over the school-year I have seen the improvement in the results of these students.

Tutoring Approach

I stress the importance of exam-technique and working smarter not harder. My teaching style targets both exam-style questions, low-effective revision techniques that have significantly allowed me to maintain top grades consistently during school.

I also clearly teach the content for example processes using flow charts using key words in the mark scheme so that the student can both visually understand the processes but also is able to maximise their marks. During sessions I will be using my own PowerPoints and past papers from the exam board to teach.
