Hi, thank you for visiting my profile.

I am a Qualified Primary School Teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience. I graduated with a 2.1 in 2015 with a BA in Early Childhood Studies and then went onto doing my PGCE (QTS) in Primary Teaching and graduated at the Institute of Education (IOE)- UCL. I have also completed a TEFL course (Teach English as a Foreign Language).

Tutoring Experience

As well as teaching in a Primary school, I have also been tutoring privately Face to Face and Online for the past 10 years. I have taught at mainstream schools and as well as SEN. I have great experience and understanding working with children with different learning difficulties or disabilities in schools and 1-1 for tuition.

Tutoring Approach

I aim to make learning fun and exciting for the children by bringing new ideas and ways to teach them and keep them engaged and focused. If your child struggles with concentration, it is important to let me know beforehand so I can prepare resources to help them with this. I am aware that each child learns differently and I am dedicated to do my absolute best to help them learn in the way best suitable me for them. My priority is to create a safe and welcoming learning environment for your child to adapt to their needs in order to help them exceed in their education.

Please state whether your child has any learning difficulties when arranging sessions so that I can prepare visual or practical tuition sessions. For example, if your child struggles with fine motor skills, I will be able to provide the correct resources to aid them with their learning.

All of my tuition teachings follow the National Curriculum expectations. I also offer my students extra homework to excel their learning at home.
