I am extremely passionate about teaching and helping young people to reach their full potential. I am available for tutoring in both History, Modern Studies and Politics in the lead up to exams. I strive to keep pupils engaged and create lessons that they will find fun and interesting and most importantly, learn the information that they need to know.

Tutoring Experience

I am currently a teacher in Inverness for History, Modern Studies and Politics. Whilst I was at university, I volunteered at a local high school for 3 years to practice my teaching skills and to keep them at the best level I can.

I have been tutoring since 2019 and really enjoy the 1:1 aspect.

Tutoring Approach

I aim to keep learners engaged and actively involved in their learning. With tutoring, I would first listen to the needs of the learner and the areas in which they feel they need to work on. After this, I would tailor resources that are helpful, engaging and will also help them to practice their skills.

Payments are made at the end of each tutoring session. As I have a handful of students, there is a cancellation policy of 48hours and if I have not been informed prior to this, there will be a charge of 100% of the lesson rate.
