I'm a Computer Science undergraduate at the University of Nottingham. Having achieved what I aimed for at A Level in Maths (A*), Further Maths (A) and Computer Science (A*), I'm excited to help others towards the same goal.

Tutoring Experience

Having worked with children for two years alongside my studies, I've learned the best ways to convey information such that they can learn from it and not be disheartened when they don't get everything right the first time. Throughout my academic career I've worked alongside and helped others when they've had trouble understanding a topic, and I find it a really rewarding task when that produces a positive outcome.

Tutoring Approach

As a student I'm quite exam-based, so the way I learn and therefore the way I teach is through exam questions. Generally, I'll prepare an exam paper for us to go through, where I'll see how you work and approach each question and nudge you in the right direction to ensure your understanding the problem and not just getting the answers straight away.
