One of the many things I specialise in during my day job is a user centred approach to carrying out tasks. I believe that teaching is no exception, to ensure that the student understands the teaching I have various ways of breaking down and explaining the problem, one of these is illustrating the problem in a real world scenario that the student is familiar with.
