Polite, friendly tutor, fast response, unfortunately this tutor was only available for online lessons and I specifically required one to one, home tutoring.

Thank you for your feedback.
I offered a free online session to compensate for the misunderstanding and to demonstrate how tutoring English online works really well.
Although temporarily without a car, I'd like to make it clear that I am able to tutor face to face, however, the times we both had available did not match.

Sarah is professional, punctual and polite. My daughter really enjoys her tutoring sessions and in fact wishes Sarah was her school teacher all the time. She always takes the time to go over work my daughters unsure of with patience and understanding

I strongly believe Sarah wasn’t honest. My son has disability is. Hearing loss. She doesn’t has respect for this kind of people. She is effortless to teach. When she said she doesn’t want to come to teach my son i feel very disappointed. We lost time and money.

I am sorry that this is how you feel. I felt I wasn't the right tutor for your son and felt that he didn't want to be tutored, so in the best interest to both parties I cancelled the tuition.
I was also fair with tuition time as the first session took an hour and a half with only an hour charged.
I sincerely hope you find a suitable tutor for Ozan.

Great tutor, trustworthy and great with my 2 sons aged 13 and 12… Very thorough with English, providing constructive feedback. Sarah's manner of teaching is very calm, positive allowing my sons to develop their ability with a positive attitude. Sarah encourages them to to be more self aware of their own work and gets them to see ways of improvement whilst still providing the supervision, guidance element. I would recommend Sarah if you are looking for long term positive results!!
