I am an enthusiastic, motivated and a ambitious individual. I was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder when I was 25 years old and, due to not knowing about my needs, education was a challenge for me especially at Primary School which is why I decided to become a teacher.
I have been a Primary School teacher in an economically disadvantaged area of Harrow for 5 years. The school I am currently working it has high levels of EAL and SEN children and I have had a lot of experience working with these children.
All teaching depends on the learner and the learners needs so my approach is always flexible and adaptable. I focus on building a relationship with the learner, build around mutual respect before getting to know what the childs needs are.
