Hi everyone! My name is Sean and I am currently a final Year Medical Student who's eager to help you improve, maximising your potential in Biology (GCSE), Chemistry (GCSE) and Maths (GCSE and 11+). One of the reasons that I went into Medicine, other than my passion for the Sciences and Maths is due to my love for conversation and communication with people, so I'm more than happy to go through any aspects of your studies you're finding challenging in my given subjects at a pace that suits you. Outside of my studies I have a great love of sports, especially football, my dog called Otis and also music. I look forward to meeting you!

Tutoring Experience

I am an experienced tutor with 500+ hours of tuition completed on online tutoring platforms, ranging from KS3 up to A Level. I primarily specialise in GCSE Maths and Biology.

Tutoring Approach

I am very flexible as to the structure of my tuitions, it can be guided by the wishes and needs of the student/parent. One example of a structure would be to begin by going over a specific topic that you may have been finding challenging, discussing which specific aspects you're struggling with in particular and addressing them before finishing off with exam style questions to assess how well you've understood the topic.

Another approach could be going over a practice paper of the module/subject together with you, completing questions together initially before letting the student take the lead to improve their confidence with approaching exam style questions. Of course I'll be providing guidance on any questions that you get stuck with when the student takes the lead. As prior mentioned, it is totally down to you how you'd like the session to be ran so simply give me some notice on your preference!

Over the course of a few sessions we can monitor and track your progression with understanding through exam questions and practice papers to see how much you've progressed.
