Hi, my name is Sherelle Michaels. I am a UK-based English teacher with over 7 years of experience teaching English to children and teenagers aged 4-15, both 1-1 tutoring and small groups. My qualifications include a TEFL Level 5 Diploma for teaching English as a foreign language and a degree in Psychology. I love travelling: getting out there, immersing myself in new cultures and meeting people is one of my favourite things about my job! But the most rewarding part is seeing how my students' lives improve by learning English. I am here to help children and adults succeed in mastering the English language and reach their full potential.

I have over 7 years of experience working with students from beginner to intermediate levels. I can adapt and personalise my lessons to suit those who may need help improving their pronunciation or confidence speaking the language.

Tutoring Approach

I like to adapt my teaching style to match the needs and abilities of my students as every learner has different strengths and weaknesses. First we will master the basics and then focus on expanding your knowledge, vocabulary and conversation English skills. So that you can express yourself fluently and confidently. I believe having fun is the best way to learn a new language so in my lessons we will play games and do lots of fun activities together.
