Tutoring Experience

I have been a sixth form tutor for the last 4 years and have been teaching at secondary level for 8 years. I was leading pupil premium and have trained other teachers.

Tutoring Approach

I like to see the strengths of a particular student and then adapt my lessons and techniques to suit them.
I always have my sessions prepped with content and worksheets and I have always learned vastly around the topic (if it’s not something I previously have known). I focus a lot on skills learning to support a child’s knowledge base.
