Simon's Feedback

My daughter has had a few lessons now and is already starting to feel more confident in her knowledge and ability. Simon mixes more difficult topics with easy ones during the hour which keeps her interested and motivated.

Early days but has been very professional to date.

So far my stepson has had 3 lessons with Simon. Simon has been very professional in his approach and my stepson is positive about the work that he has done with Simon and is continuing to take lessons from him. At this stage it is too early to quantify the benefit of the extra lessons but I will be happy to give a review for wider publication later in the term when I should be more able to measure progress.

Simon helped our daughter turn a failed AS Economics result into a grade C at A2. Very good at teaching exam technique. Excellent professional. Highly recommended.

Short time scale to prepare Law exam. Simon was very helpful and accommodating. Matthew really appreciated the help and guidance he was given. Certainly far better prepared for sitting exam than previously.

I contacted Simon to tutor my son Dominic in Business studies in December 2008. Dom was struggling in this subject and looked unlikely to achieve the 3 A's he needed. Simon showed great patience and humour, and Dom was able to put his exam techniques into practice across all three subjects gaining 3 A's and a place at Southampton law school. We are EXTREMELY grateful to Simon and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him as a tutor.

Although Simon has only been visiting Sam for a few weeks, Sam is already showing positive signs with his business studies coursework. His college lecturers have commented on an improvement with his work and if he continues within the same vein with his exams, he will achieve a higher A2 level grade. Simon has explained what an examiner is looking for in an exam paper and word the relevant information - Sam was failing to grasp this without Simon's help. Simon came recommended to us and we would recommend him.

Very good tuition. Proved invaluable and helped our son a great deal during his revision for his law 'A' levels (which he passed and is now studying for his degree).

Simon is excellent! Reliable, with a friendly and engaging - but businesslike - approach. We hired Simon because tuition at my daughter's school was (for reasons outside of their control) woefully inadequate. She passed with a good grade whereas most of her school classmates did poorly. We have no hesitation in recommending him.
