I am a very calm and approachable person. I have 2 children of my own who have now grown and fled the nest. I have spent my last years working in the care sector assisting my colleagues with their level 2 maths so that they can complete their NVQs in social care.

Tutoring Experience

I have been tutoring on and off for 6 years now with great success for age groups 11-16. I have always had a passion for Maths and this helps with my approach to those who are nervous with the subject.

Tutoring Approach

I have a calm approach and will go at the students pace as I believe that rushing one area will only confuse future areas of the subject. Get the basics down and they will be surprised at how much easier it will become in the long run.
