My name is Stefania, I am Italian but live in England. I enjoy learning languages and I can also speak a bit of French and Spanish which I try to keep up with reading articles and listening to podcast as well as practicing speaking with my French and Spanish friends. I enjoy reading, keeping up to date with news, gardening and growing some vegetables in my garden, I like to keep fit with Pilate and walking.
I have been teaching Italian for many years both face to face and online. I have extensive teaching experience at all levels from beginner to advanced including GCSE and A Level exam. I take pride in my work and I find very satisfying seeing my students progress from saying a few simple phrases to competent speakers who are able to hold a conversation with native speakers.
When I prepare the lessons I always tailored them to the student’s needs and abilities in order to build their knowledge and confidence. My aim is to make each lesson interesting and varied including different activities to provide speaking and listening opportunities as well as reading and written exercises to consolidate the learning. So, whether you are a total beginner, want to brush up on some grammar or are an advanced speaker who wants to practice conversational skills to maintain the language and extend vocabulary or you want help with the GCSE and A Level exam I'll be able to help you.
