Steffi is well-prepared for every lesson. She makes learning German interesting, fun and straightforward. I really enjoy our weekly sessions and have learnt a lot in a short space of time. Steffi is also very professional but friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Steffi is a gifted and enthusiastic teacher. Trying to revive my rudimentary German on my own proved too difficult and I almost gave up, but Steffi has saved the day.

I cannot recommend Steffi highly enough. She has been friendly, helpful, super professional and so very lovely for the entirety of our lessons so far.
I started my German lessons with Steffi in September as an absolute beginner with only very (very) basic knowledge of German. It has only been four months and I've just returned from a trip to Köln where I was able to get by very comfortably in German. This wouldn't have been at all possible if not for Steffi's excellent tutoring. I would highly recommend Steffi to anybody who is looking to learn German as an additional language!

Steffi is everything you would want in a language tutor. She is encouraging, friendly, and knowledgeable. She tailored my lessons to my needs, interests, strengths and weaknesses, and it was obvious she did a lot of planning beforehand. She always remembered in detail what we did in the previous session, which shows she really cares about her tutees' progress. She structures her lessons in such a way that a new topic, or piece of information, was learned each week so excellent progress is made, but the lessons never felt overloaded with information either. I enjoyed my lessons with Steffi, and I would recommend her to anyone that is interested in learning German.

Steffi is an amazing tutor and I've already learnt so much in the few months we've been working together. I've been learning German for years and have never been able to get my head around some of the grammar, particularly adjective endings. Recently Steffi gave me a table that maps out all the rules really clearly and talked me through it, grouping similarities together and making it really easy to remember. I finally, after years of struggling, get adjective endings! Such a lightbulb moment and only got there because of Steffi's explanation. My confidence in speaking German is also massively improving due to Steffi's super patient and encouraging tutor style. 100% recommend!

Steffi has great communication skills and my daughter is really enjoying her German lessons. There is a good pace set in the lessons and additional things to work on through the week to consolidate knowledge. I would have no hesitation in recommending Steffi to children and adults alike!

Steffi is an excellent tutor with an extensive knowledge of the German language. The lessons are always fun and varied, and you are always given the opportunity to cover any topic you would like to. Steffi is very friendly and patient, and I can really see the improvement in my German since starting lessons with her!

Steffi has been very helpful, patient and informative. Additionally, she's friendly and easy to get along with, which helps a lot with having conversations in German! She strikes a good balance of conversations to help with everyday spoken German and proper instruction to help with the theory and grammar.

Steffi has been fantastic, she has helped my son with his controlled assessments for his GCSE. He has gained immense confidence in both writing and speaking German. Her approach brings the best out in him and he is no longer frustrated with German, even looking forward to his tutoring. I required a text to be checked for my German writing exam and asked a few tutors if they could mark my work. Steffi was very quick to reply and not only but she marked it so perfectly! Someone else had marked my work as well but Steffi made far more corrections! I truly recommend her! I myself will be keeping in touch to have lessons.

Steffi is always punctual and she effectively engages with our son. He has gained in confidence since working with her and he enjoys his German revision lessons, Steffi has helped greatly with all aspects of German, most especially with listening tasks.
