Hello, I am Dr Steve Kilpatrick. I am now retired after teaching Psychology for 30 years. During my career I worked in Further Education Colleges and Universities and taught across all levels of Psychology.

Tutoring Experience

I have taught Psychology at all levels, including GCSE, BTEC (Social Care), ACCESS to H.E., A-level, undergraduate and postgraduate level and supervised PhD students. I taught in Further Education Colleges for 12 years and at a University for 18 years and have been Head of a Psychology Department in both.

Tutoring Approach

I can offer 1-to-1 tuition in Psychology, either face-to-face or online, at any level. I take a student-centred approach to tuition and can help with various aspects of your studies. I can help you to understand key concepts and theories in Psychology, with exam preparation and the writing of essays. Even after all these years I still have passion and enthusiasm for my subject and enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with students.
