Sue

We have been really happy with the work that Sue has done with our son to support his transition from an American classroom to the English system. Sue has put Alfie at ease and has encouraged him to work on areas he would have been reluctant to before. We have been grateful to her for adapting to his needs.

Sue put my son at ease straight away and was able to draw him out as he's a bit of an introspective child. The work she did with him covered a lot of English language basics as this was the only subject he was really struggling with. Over the course of the summer holidays he gradually found his feet and was able to become more confident with his written work. This investment and Sue's perseverance has borne out as he recently got 60%+ in his Common Entrance pre-mocks. I would very much recommend Sue.

Sue tutors our boys aged 10 and 11 in history once a week for two hours, with a view to getting them through Common Entrance (they are currently being home schooled for a year or two). She makes history very interesting and the boys very much enjoy the lessons.
