I am a passionate languages teacher who enjoys sharing my love for Spanish and Italian with my students. I studied MA Mandarin and Spanish at the University of Edinburgh, which allowed me to live in Taipei and Valencia during my year abroad.

Tutoring Experience

I have three years of experience as a secondary school languages in the UK. I have taught up to A Level Spanish, GCSE Italian and KS3 French. I have worked closely with the AQA specification and I am very familiar with the requirements and mark schemes for the different GCSE and A Level exams.

Tutoring Approach

Whether you are looking to boost your confidence with speaking, or work on grammar that you are finding difficult, I can adapt my classes to help you meet your language goals. If you prefer an interactive class, my lessons can involve a range of activities which can support you to practice key vocabulary or grammar which we are working on together. If you would prefer a conversational style class to develop your pronunciation and confidence, we can dedicate the majority of our class to a flow of conversation. Most of all, I make sure that our classes are enjoyable to help you reach the goals you are working towards.
