Tamal

Hello. I am Tamal and I am currently working as a programme leader and lecturer at a south west college. Previously I also worked as a science tutor & module coordinator at The University of Nottingham International College. My eight years of academic background that includes my PhD research in Science & Engineering has offered me numerous opportunities to work in the science sectors academic infrastructure and higher education and further education (FE).

Tutoring Experience

In addition to my academic qualification I have an intensive experience in 1 : 1 tutoring. My primary subjects are Chemistry and Maths. I am fully conversant in both online an face to face delivery and maintain student engagement throughout the process.

Tutoring Approach

I am friendly, enthusiastic and creative in my approach and offer a wide range of tailor made resources. I provide personalised learning plans, based around students' individual needs. I can provide tutoring at GCSE to University levels. I use a range of different approaches in my teaching. I offer a flexible service and can arrange times to fit around your commitments. I hold a DBS check certificate along with Level 3 teaching qualification.
