I am currently a Highways Drainage Asset Maintenance Manager working in local authority and am available on evenings and Saturdays to teach on my subject areas.
My teaching experience is currently limited, hence the lower rates offered however I have coached fellow students through difficult exams in my classes, with civil engineering being a subject I am very knowledgeable in. I also have tutored younger family members in the past through school work, showing an excellent approach to explaining difficult subject matter. I have 7 years professional experience in the civil engineering industry and am in my last year of a bachelors degree in civil engineering where I will be going for professional chartership as an incorporated engineer. I also have an A level in English.
My approach is to tailor plans and lessons to the needs of the student and will guide through the key areas that they are struggling with most. I will focus on addressing and working with the student on the specific areas that they are struggling in.
