Hello,
I am a 27 year old tutor living in Glasgow. I have an extensive background in education and have recently become a qualified primary school teacher. I am keen to tutor children who need help with any aspect of their primary education, and learners of any age who are looking to improve their English skills.

Tutoring Experience

After finishing my undergraduate, I moved to China to teach English for three years. I worked mostly with adult learners in a variety of colleges and universities. After returning to the UK I undertook classroom assistant work, before studying to be a primary school teacher.

Tutoring Approach

I try to always put the needs of my pupils first, and to be lead by their requirements. I seek to make learning as fun and enjoyable as possible, whilst making sure we still cover a decent amount of ground during sessions. As part of this, I always make sure to remain friendly, open and positive, even when encountering difficult learning problems with pupils. I hope that in doing so I am able to make learning as stress free and engaging as possible.
