We have been delighted with Tom. He is really kind and patient. Very gentle with our son.

Tom taught my 12 yr old son English. Although it was only for a brief few weeks, Toms was very professional and friendly and helped my son deal with the topics he found tricky, with a different approach. I’d recommend Tom to anyone looking for a private tutor in his subjects.

Thomas is a excellent tutor. He’s been working with my 15 year old daughter for a few weeks now and he’s really helped to build her confidence in History. My daughter is very shy and was nervous about working with a tutor one to one (over zoom) and so was I. But she has become really comfortable with Thomas and has began to enjoy and understand the subject so much better.
My daughter says he has really helped her understand historical events which she has not been able to fully grasp in three years at high school. Also that he is highly organised in his teaching systems. He is making sure that everything she needs for the exam will be covered. He is good at testing to make sure she understand what she is learning along the way. Surprisingly my daughter is considering A'Level history as one of her subjects once she completes her GCSE's as she enjoys it so much, hence in just a few weeks his teaching method has made such a difference.

I would highly recommend Thomas to anyone wanting additional support with History. He really does go beyond helping my daughter providing her with home work and marking the same in his own time. Had I know about such excellent support from on line tutoring I would have started much earlier. I am hoping to have my son start lesson in the near future.

I would definitely recommend Tom as a tutor. He helped my daughter understand her A level History course in particular for the English History and politics paper and helped her achieve the high A level grade she needed for her university offer. He was always very polite, organised and on time. My daughter said Tom explained things clearly and was very supportive with her studies.

Tom has been tutoring our son for a few weeks now. In this time our son appears to have made good progress, particularly with exam technique and understanding exactly what is required by each question. He has also given tips on revising which are son found really helpful. Tom has been punctual, polite and gives valuable feedback.
