Hi, I'm Tia and i am from Manchester. I'm an experienced educator with a bubbly personality and a warm character. Quite rare but i am also a professional dancer, this often does wonders for me with young people as i can then engage students with the cool work i have done with known brands and artists and bring the mathematics in with ease!

Tutoring Experience

I am a Pure Mathematics graduate and a Secondary Mathematics Educator (PGCE). I have taught in many schools across greater Manchester with experience working with SEND and SEMH students.

Tutoring Approach

I am well known for my patience, humour, communication and my style of delivery. Helping young people and adults to understand mathematics through mastery and understanding rather than by memorising methods. I will ensure students are improving their maths skill as well as their growth mindset which is another important factor when learning Mathematics.
