I have taught Mathematics to Year 7 to Year 11 in secondary schools for 17 years. I am currently teaching mathematics in a successful secondary school in Hampshire which is performing in the top 10% nationally. I have experience of teaching and tutoring students studying a variety of exam boards. For the last three years I have been running revision packages for SATs and GCSEs and have run sessions to support students participating in the UK Mathematics Challenge.
Tuition will be adapted to meet the needs of the individual and a wide variety of resources will be tailored and used. Power Points will be emailed to students to help support and reinforce their learning journey. My aim is to make every learner feel successful. When a student feels successful, their self-esteem is increased, which in turn helps them enjoy the subject and they will achieve.
