Tim is excellent always on time never clock watching always puts the kid’s lessons first .our daughter education has increased massively since he has worked with her.

Excellent interaction and work undertaken with my daughter. It is good to see her actually looking forward to doing some maths!

Tim has had 2 sessions so far with my daughter, he’s made her feel at ease and has plenty of patience. Already I’ve seen a difference with her confidence levels, he’s going back to basics with her and I feel that she’s learnt more in 2 sessions than she has in school in a long time. I feel thankful that I’ve started these sessions now and feel that Tim will help her in readiness for high school.

Excellent, very reliable, my son likes him and he is a good tutor

I have been asked to write something in this feedback area. Unfortunately Tim has been ill the last 3 weeks or so and so has not been able to tutor my son. This means I will have to try to find another tutor. First Tutors have agreed not to charge me for the new inquiry as I have only had Tim as a tutor for a few weeks. I am hoping he gets better soon. He is a good tutor and worked well with my child. I am disappointed Tim can not continue to tutor at the moment as he worked with my son.

Tim has been delivering Maths lessons for our daughter (10) for last several months. He has a calm manner that encourages our daughter to persevere with her maths even though it doesn't come naturally to her. During lockdown, we increased the sessions to twice a week and Tim has been able to successfully deliver the sessions via Zoom and keep the enjoyment up. We have already recommended him to a couple of our friends.

Tim has proven to be a God sent for my daughter, after only a few lessons her confidence has grown greatly. Tim has a wonderful manner and knows just how to make maths easier to understand. My daughter is very happy and so am I.

Chloe has become far more confident thanks to her maths sessions. Your approach has made her feel at ease and better prepared for high school .

I have been so pleased with how my daughter has progressed. Tim has been her tutor for a few months and has been so supportive and patient. My daughter has been moved up a set and was top of her class for the last test, results which speak for themselves. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Professional, promotes confidence in my grand child who struggles with maths, easy to relate with and discuss any issues/problems arising. Feedback at end of lesson is useful and engaging. I'm happy with Tim's approach and experience in assisting my grand child with her maths.

Tim is reliable and punctual.Our son enjoys his tutor sessions consisting of English amd maths.Tim makes the sessions enjoyable and varied,with lots of laughter.Highly recommend.

During their first tutoring session, Tim engaged very well with our daughter. We're looking forward to the next lesson.

Tim has been working with Charlie for the past 12 months. He is a fantastic tutor, he engages Charlie and is able to make the subject interesting. I cannot recommend Tim highly enough to anyone looking for a math tutor for their child.

Tim has been my daughter's tutor for a month. She calls him 'Mr Tim'. She feels at ease when he teaches her and loses the anxiety she gets when learning maths at school. He talks to her gently and laughs with her when she makes mistakes. She has never complained about going to his lessons and for the first time, she is beginning to show more interest and enthusiasm with her homework. I cannot believe the change in such a short period of time. I would recommend 'Mr Tim' to anyone. He is understanding, polite and has a very gentle way of teaching small children. 10/10
