I use my 30 years experience within the Finance, Leisure and Social Housing sectors to give first hand experience to my students. I find this so rewarding to pass on my knowledge to my students.
My approach is very structured however, giving flexibility to allow the student to be creative and express their flair.
I like to keep my lessons varied , using practical projects which keeps the students interest by allowing them to complete hands on tasks.
