My journey as an educator began with a profound love for science and a desire to share its wonders with young minds. Specialising in teaching and tutoring year 7 to11 science subjects, I have dedicated myself to fostering a deep understanding of scientific principles while cultivating a sense of curiosity and inquiry in my students. In addition to my role as a science teacher for Key Stages 3,4 and 5 I also serve as an A-Level Chemistry tutor for the OCR curriculum. This role allows me to delve into the nuances of chemistry at an advanced level, guiding students through the rigours of A-Level coursework with personalised support and targeted instruction.

I focus on mentoring students to understand the "why" behind every question they encounter. I believe that by helping students grasp the reasoning and concepts behind exam questions, they can develop a deeper understanding of the subject.
