GCSE Science and A level Biology teacher, offering personalised, online, 1-1 tutoring. My early career focussed on a BSc, MSc and PhD in Biology and my passion for the subject continued through research in the UK, North Africa and South America on tropical diseases. As a postdoctoral research scientist, teaching was an integral part of my duties, delivering lectures, lab sessions, supervising student projects and organising widening participation/outreach activities. I then moved into teaching, delivering the science curriculum at KS3 and 4 and Biology and Environmental Science at A level before gaining positions of KS5 Science Leader, followed by Assistant Head of 6th Form.
