Tutoring Experience

With 13 years of experience as a secondary school maths teacher (QTS and DBS) and 17 years as a maths tutor, I find my work stimulating and hugely rewarding and always endeavour to get the best out of my students. I have experience following the AQA and Edexcel exam boards for GCSE. This in-depth familiarity with their specific syllabi, examination styles, and assessment criteria enables me to provide targeted and effective tuition tailored to each exam board's unique requirements. I also have experience in preparing Key Stage 2 children for the Year 4 Timestables Test and Year 6 SATs, improving mathematical knowledge for Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3, and helping with homework for all abilities and ages.
