A supportive and patient teacher and tutor, adaptable and encouraging pupils with areas of their learning that require help. With a wealth of experience and knowledge working with pupils with a variety of needs, I am enthusiastic about bringing out the best in the children that I work with.

Tutoring Experience

27 years of teaching in primary schools, mostly Key Stage 2, in four different Hampshire schools. Qualified and worked as SENCO for 6 years alongside teaching responsibilities. Maths and Computing manager.

Tutoring Approach

Working with pupils to find connections and build trust, I establish relationships that allow children to ask questions, build their self esteem and support their learning. I build from finding out about what children's needs are and develop ways that will engage and inspire them.
