Hello, my name is Ling. I would like to meet you and introduce you to the world of Mandarin and Chinese culture.
I have worked in a wide range of educational settings for twenty years and I am experienced in tutoring, having met many students. I am fully DBS checked.

Mandarin is becoming more and more prominent and important in the progressively modernising world. For example, you may want to do business with Chinese people, go travelling in China, pass the GCSE or A level Chinese exams, study in China or simply just want to learn a new language and advance your language skills. I will help you to the best of my ability along your path.

Tutoring Experience

I graduated from the University of Greenwich, and obtained my Masters degree in Education Management. I have taught in schools in both the UK and China and am currently doing private tutoring and have been doing so online for a year.

Tutoring Approach

I am friendly, patient, professional, knowledgeable and flexible for time. I will tailor to your language needs and structure my lesson based on your skill. We will first discuss what you require from me and decide what teaching method and material is most suitable for you. My lesson is structured so that you have the ability to ask what questions you want to ask with reviews at the start of each lesson.
