Yasmin

I am a qualified teacher with a BA (hons) in Primary Education and Mathematics. I currently work as a supply teacher within the north west and provide 1to 1 tuition via Royal Preston Hospital. I am a very flexible and hardworking cooperative person.

Tutoring Experience

I have experience of 1:1 tutoring in Maths and English up to KS3. I have 11 years of primary school teaching experience. I have successful experience of preparing pupils from the local community for the 11 plus entrance exam.

Tutoring Approach

I like to make my tutoring sessions meaningful for the pupils. I tailor the sessions so that they are understandable for pupils and ensure that pupils make progress with their learning. I listen attentively to pupils and ensure that i address the various errors and misconceptions which they may hold. I hold high expectations for all my pupils and work hard to ensure pupils achieve their full potential.
