Mohammad Zia

I'm a qualified Teacher of Maths with nearly 20 years experience, and I've been tutoring locally since 2014. I encourage my students to make the most of the education system, to develop themselves as individuals as well as succeed in their exams.
My main focus is preparing students for GCSE Maths. I have plenty of resources for Higher and Foundation students, and I assess each student's progress over time to highlight strengths and weaknesses. Most of all, I make sure my students enjoy learning!

I have nearly 20 years experience as a qualified Teacher in the Greater London area. For the past 10 years I have successfully tutored students of varying ages, with a focus on GCSE Maths.

Tutoring Approach

I am a calm, patient teacher who listens to my students. I am flexible in the way I teach the content, and gradually build their confidence with an aim of creating successful independent learners by the end of year 11.
Depending on the student's needs, I can offer an abundance of homework. My students take responsibility for completing this and they usually appreciate the value of the work they complete.
