I have completed my Mechanical Engineering with First Class Honours from the University of Surrey and hold an MSc in Advanced Mechanical Engineering from Lancaster University. I am a qualified Mechatronics Engineer with over 8 years of experience working in the R&D electronics manufacturing environment as technical/project lead on a number of industrial and Innovate UK projects. I am currently leading a group of engineers as a Technology Manager in the Automation, Mechatronics and Electronics Manufacturing at a research technology organisation (RTO). In my experiences, I have technically led and project managed industrial projects ranging from Defence, Automotive and Aerospace applications solving the manufacturing challenges associated to support the electrification-net zero initiative from the UK Government.
Teaching is my passion, I have over a decade of experience in teaching from my early University days. I have taught Maths, Physics, Mechanical, Material and Electrical Engineer students from various backgrounds and helped in a range of coursework, technical report writing, dissertation and exams.
Whether you need career counselling or help with your modules please feel free to reach out. I teach to pass the knowledge back to the younger generation and not as a money-making exercise.
My teaching approach is very simplified. I try to explain stuff using practical real-world examples compared to traditional old teaching methods which make things interesting and easier to understand for the students.
