I'm Head of Physics in a college, with over 30 years' experience of teaching. I teach A level Physics as well as IB Physics and Level 3 Engineering. I have also taught A Level Electronics.
As a current teacher I have access to many resources as well as the latest information, etc. from the exam boards.
If you are going to invest in a tutor, why not hire a professional?
Taking bookings now; next year's exams are sooner than you think! Don't forget, it's never too soon to start!
Online lessons available so distance is not an issue! I use Zoom & and a 'blackboard'. If you've ever seen any online Physics tutorial videos, it's sort-of like that, except live & interactive.
Over 30 years teaching Physics, Electronics & Engineering at all levels up to International Baccalaureate. I am also very familiar with the UCAS process and can help with personal statements and entrance exams, etc.
All lessons are individually tailored to your needs. I tend to use 'Socratic Dialogue', it seems, now that I've Googled it! Basically, rather than just telling you things, I ask the right questions to get you to think; to build on what you already know. I use plenty of problem solving to reinforce your understanding. This way you get to learn, rather than just watch and listen to a tutor doing the work for you.
Convenient, online lessons available via Zoom, the same as 'in-person' lessons but from the convenience of your own room
